  • 1. Please raise a size exchange request within 24 hours from delivery date over to us at aashvicouture.customercare@gmail.com with your order number and required size. Our team will work on your request and update you on availability and if available arrange reverse pick up at your doorstep.
  • 2. For outfit to be eligible for size exchange it has to be in unworn, unwashed and intact condition with all tags attached and in intact condition.
  • 3. Please note size exchange is chargeable at *250/- per outfit as levied by our courier partner for arranging reverse pickup and re-dispatching your order.
